Higher Quality Music From Spotify For iPhone & iPad

Spotify the latest music service which has gathered a lot of interest through social network Facebook is claiming that their new music application gives better quality sound than an iTunes download. This latest application is available for use on iPhone and iPad devices.



So how can they claim to offer better quality? Well, this latest service named 'Extreme' allows quality downloads at no less than 320 kbps. Over at iTunes they only offer 256 kbps. A higher kbps means a better quality.


Its been said that fans who a particular about the sound and music quality will take advantage of this latest app. Perhaps people who use expensive Hi-Fi equipment and enjoy great clarity. Many music fans spend considerable amounts on their music equipment for the best quality. This new service would compliment a higher end Hi-Fi well.


Spotify has grown considerably over the last few months, they have become the second most popular service to iTunes in Europe. The service offers free streaming of music and can be integrated through Facebook. Spotify can be installed into ones PC for free.


The service is advert supported, free membership allows basic use, paid subscription removes adverts and unlocks various other features including higher quality music. Spotify has grown virally over Facebook. Spotify and Facebook work in conjunction. Users can have their music they listen to displayed in their wall feed for others to see.
